Designed by our owner & founder Ryan Flaherty, Prolific's Advanced program utilizes the same training methods as our Professional Athletes, for both male & female athletes of all sports.

We provide one FREE session for all first time athletes. Drop in sessions are $50.00.

Each athlete will be assessed 1x monthly

Come in to any Advanced scheduled class & get a feel for what we do. Advanced sessions are 2 hours. 

To see my training translate onto the field is the coolest part about it, I trust this training more than anything, because we stick to a specific routine & I saw huge results in just one month. My 40 yard dash went from a 5.1 to a 4.8 in my first 4 weeks of training.
